【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardgivesguidanceforsettingupavalidsamplingstrategytomeettheobjectivesofamonitoringstrategyforgeneticallymodifiedplants.Thesamplingistoprovidematerialtowhichsubsequentanalyticalmethodsformonitoringgeneticallymodifiedplantsofinterestcanbeapplied(seeprEN12468).ThisEuropeanStandarddealsonlywithprovidingstatisticallyvalidsamplesfromtheexperimentalfieldasidentifiedinafieldtrialdesign.Themodeofsamplingisdependentonpurpose.Samplingmaybecarriedouttomeettheobjectivesoftheinvestigatorand/orstatutoryrequirements.ThereforethisEuropeanStandardprovidestheexperimenterwithalistofguidingparametersthatshouldbeconsideredindeterminingthevalidityoftheproposedstrategyforsampling.
