【摘要】:Thispracticecoverstheproceduresforthereconstructionofpipelinesandconduits(4to48in.(100to1200mm)diameter)bythepulled-inplaceinstallationofaresin-impregnated,flexiblefabrictubeintoanexistingconduitfollowedbyinflationwithcompressedair(see).Theresin/fabrictubeiscuredbyflowthroughthefabrictubeofmixedairandsteam.Whencured,thefinishedcured-in-placepipewillbecontinuousandtightfitting.Thisreconstructionprocesscanbeusedinavarietyofgravityflowapplicationssuchassanitarysewers,stormsewers,processpiping,electricalconduitsandventilationsystems.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationalpurposesonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
