【摘要】:1.1ThisstandarddescribesthecriteriontobeusedforselectionofaWRMandprocedurestobeusedfordeterminingwithinlabandbetweenlabtolerancesofchangesinmeasuredpropertiesofareferencematerialintendedforuseinmonitoringoperatingconditionstoestablishtheconsistencyofexposuretests.Note18212;ExamplesoflaboratoryacceleratedtestsinwhichaweatheringreferencematerialcouldbeusedtomonitorconsistencyarelightandwaterexposuretestssuchasthosedescribedinPracticesG152,G153,andG154G155andotherstandardsinwhichtestsconductedaccordingtothesestandardsarereferenced.ExamplesofoutdoorexposureswhereaweatheringreferencematerialcouldbeusedtomonitorconsistencyarethoseconductedaccordingtoPracticesG7,G24,orG90.Areferencematerialcanalsobeusedtomonitorconsistencyofexposureorconditioningtestthatdonotinvolveexposuretolight.1.2Thispracticedoesnotcover(1)controlmaterialsusedforcomparisonofstabilitywithtestmaterials,or(2)standardmaterialsusedtotimeexposures.1.3Thispracticeprovidesanoutlineofexperimentsrequiredtodeterminehowthemeasuredpropertiesofthereferencematerialchangeasafunctionofexposuretospecifiedtestconditions.Itincludesestablishmentofreproduciblemeasurementprocedures,determinationofthecriticalregioninthelightsourcecausingthechanges,andeffectsofothercriticalexposurestressessuchastemperatureandmoisture.1.4Thispracticedescribesproceduresforconductinground-robintestswiththeweatheringreferencematerialtodeterminereproducibilityofthereferencematerialpropertychangeinexposuresconductedindifferentlaboratories,andtherepeatabilitywhenreplicatereferencematerialspecimensareexposedinasingledeviceandtestedinonelaboratory.1.5Thispracticedescribesproceduresforusingtheresultsfromanalysisofvarianceonresultsfromround-robinteststodeterminethecontributionoftheexposure,themeasurementdevice,referencematerialvariability,andoperatorerrortototalvariability.
